Vimala early intervention center is a unit of vimala mahila samajam,muvattupuzha (reg.no. ER 175/76) through the dedicated service of FCC congregation under kothamangalam province. Since 1993 , this unit started its journey for the growth and benefit of children who need special care and intervention titled as Nirmala sadan ore school and early intervention center.
This early intervention is specially designed to asses and assist children with global developmental delay, cerebral palsy ,Autism ,ADHD and speech ,language disorders. Early intervention is given to children under the age of 5 at the neurodevelopmental stage of life span.This crucial stage is the most important stage to identify all the disorders and also the stage of necessary therapeutic intervention.

Early diagnosis is the pivotal point for any of the neuro developmental problems in a lifetime. Early intervention is the only chance of getting a significant change in these cases. After 5 years neurodevelopment is very little for any human, so the stage of development is the right time for the therapeutic intervention.
Development of Vimala Early Intervention Center
In 1993, Nirmala sadan centre for intellectual disability started its new venture for early intervention. At that time pre school and early intervention were not available in nearby areas. Also society was deeply unaware of the need for early intervention too.
